Patients may opt for private pay home care. Our knowledgeable staff members can assist in finding the best possible treatment and payment options available to you so that you can get the care you need. Our mission is to make your experience as stress-free as possible. To cover the cost of private pay home care, Care At Home accepts the following payment options:

For veterans and their spouses, the Veterans Care Program can provide valuable assistance. Care At Home is proud to accept payments through the Aid and Attendance program. To explore the full range of benefits available to veterans, please visit our dedicated VA Benefits page.

Long-term care insurance offers coverage for private pay home care when an individual requires assistance with two or more activities of daily living. Care At Home accepts long-term care insurance payments directly from providers, ensuring that you receive the care you need without unnecessary financial stress. While most non-medical home care services are not typically covered by health insurance plans, some providers now offer non-medical home care as an ongoing or respite benefit for qualified members.

We recommend consulting your insurance provider to determine if home care benefits are available. Skilled nursing and physical therapy visits may also be covered by your health insurance provider when medically necessary and authorized by a physician.

California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal known as CalAIM offers home and community-based in-home care services. Care At Home partners with in-network providers to offer Personal Care and Homemaker Services to Medi-Cal members. To inquire about our approved in-network providers and eligibility, please contact our office.

Other Payment Options We Accept

You may also use funds from trusts, Workers’ Compensation, Inland Regional Center (IRC), and any contracted medical insurance providers with custodial home care benefits. Please contact our office for more information.
