24-Hour Availability

The need for home care doesn’t always come at a convenient time, wouldn’t it be nice to have a professional caregiver agency that is always available to you? When you sign up with Care At Home, you have access to a care coordinator 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Family Room

Our online portal allows for families to remotely check their loved one's live schedule, send messages to our staff for schedule changes or additional instructions, add appointments or events to the calendar and manage payments for the services.

No. Unfortunately, at this time Medicare considers Non-Medical in-home care a luxury and not a necessity, and therefore cannot justify payment. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced Medicare Advantage Plans will have in-home care as part of the offered benefits going forward. Please check with your insurance provider to see if this applies to you.

Some do. The landscape of Health Care is rapidly changing, more insurance providers are seeing the health benefits of in-home care and furthermore offering our services as a benefit. Please check with your insurance provider to see if Home Care is now an offered benefit. Many long-term care insurance plans have in-home coverage as well. In addition, for Veterans, and those with financial need, we can assist with government aid programs designed to help those who require additional assistance in the home.

Yes, our services can be utilized to help patients safely transition home from a stay at the hospital or give much need breaks for family members to prevent caregiver burnout. Care at Home is here whether you need help as a temporary solution or planning for the future.

With Care At Home, you don’t just hire a care provider you hire a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. After a care plan is developed, The Care Provider is monitored in real time with our advanced software and receives regular on-site visits by a supervisor. Our in-home visits ensure quality of care as well as allow us to maintain an up to date plan of care.

No. We have a service agreement explaining the scope and parameters of the services we are allowed to provide in California. However, there is no obligation or time table for services, care can be ended at any time and for any reason. That means you can use our services for as long as you need and with 100% satisfaction.

We Do. We employ our caregivers, pay social security and payroll taxes, provide healthcare benefits and assume professional liability. We adhere to the highest standard of hiring practices, judiciously verifying our Caregiver’s eligibility to work in the United States, ensuring they’re registered with the Department of Social Services and have received a background check and fingerprinting through the Department of Justice and FBI.

Riverside / San Bernardino Disability Services In-Home and Community Services

Care At Home, LLC supports and provides care for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, working directly with the Inland Regional Center to provide services that include respite care, specialized supervision, personal assistance, and FMS programs. Our Inland Empire office is accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week for the consumers and families we care for. We are honored to serve our community and take pride in our premium service that allows individuals to continue to live active, healthy and full lives at home.
