FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Medicare Pay for Home Care?
No. Unfortunately, at this time Medicare considers Non-Medical in-home care a luxury and not a necessity, and therefore cannot justify payment. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced Medicare Advantage Plans will have in-home care as part of the offered benefits going forward. Please check with your insurance provider to see if this applies to you.
Does Insurance pay for your services?
Some do. The landscape of Health Care is rapidly changing, more insurance providers are seeing the health benefits of in-home care and furthermore offering our services as a benefit. Please check with your insurance provider to see if Home Care is now an offered benefit. Many long-term care insurance plans have in-home coverage as well. In addition, for Veterans, and those with financial need, we can assist with government aid programs designed to help those who require additional assistance in the home.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We have a service agreement explaining the scope and parameters of the services we are allowed to provide in California. However, there is no obligation or time table for services, care can be ended at any time and for any reason. That means you can use our services for as long as you need and with 100% satisfaction.
Who Pays the Caregivers - you or me?
We Do. We employ our caregivers, pay social security and payroll taxes, provide healthcare benefits and assume professional liability.
